Compensation: Up to $100K ($70K - $75K base + up to 35% monthly bonus) + benefits. Travel: 75% during training.

Our vision is to introduce an elevated plasma donation experience grounded in convenience, targeting markets with smaller populations. This model aims to positively impact the industry supply chain and help patients access necessary medications.

What Youll Do

As the Center Director, you will oversee all aspects of the Donor Center. Your key responsibilities include recruiting exceptional talent, fostering a culture of operational excellence and compliance, and creating a donor-centric environment that provides an excellent experience.

Operations Management

• Develop strategies to ensure center operations, donor flow, and retention goals are met.
• Supervise all center operations, implementing action plans to improve efficiency.
• Partner with corporate facilities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations concerning quality, safety, and operations.
• Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement to meet monthly financial targets.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and products to ensure availability.
• Lead quality compliance efforts and participate in regulatory audits with the Center Quality Director.
• Ensure all safety and OSHA policies are followed by staff.

Team Management

• Recruit and onboard top talent to build an exceptional team.
• Lead by example to foster a productive and engaging work environment, emphasizing learning and development.
• Handle personnel functions, including assignments, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Ensure staff are trained in technical areas.
• Conduct regular team meetings to meet deadlines and goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background or experience; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel by plane or car occasionally.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and perform tasks like stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Good auditory and visual acuity.
• Ability to work in cold environments (-40C) for short periods.
• Flexible working hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
