What You Will Do

• Lead sales and marketing efforts to grow the center
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents
• Build and develop a high-performing team
• Engage in strategic planning to meet organizational goals

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business management, sales, education, or related fields, with a focus on customer service
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and solution-oriented dialogue
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Leadership skills, empathy, and tact
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to meet sales and marketing goals
