We are seeking a passionate and experienced Center Director for our Early Childhood Learning Center to lead daily operations at our early childhood education center. This role involves overseeing the educational program and ensuring that a developmentally appropriate curriculum is consistently delivered. Center Director-Early Childhood Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the education center.
• Ensure the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Conduct both formal and informal observations of teaching staff.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff members.
• Manage student assessments and review teacher lesson plans.
• Ensure that educational goals are met across the center.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with families.
• Lead marketing efforts to maintain full enrollment in the program.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.

Center Director-Early Childhood Job Requirements:

• New York State Teaching Certification (Birth2nd Grade or Grades 16).
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education (Masters preferred).
• At least 2 years of classroom experience with children under 6 years old.
• Leadership experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
