Greet families, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Assist parents with check-in/check-out procedures and general inquiries Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in questions in a timely, helpful manner Support daily operations (light clerical tasks, tidying shared spaces, organizing materials) Help ensure the lobby and front desk are clean, organized, and welcoming Provide occasional classroom or event support as needed Assist the administrative and teaching staff with small tasks and errands throughout the day Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support (experience in a childcare or school setting is a plus!) Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable interacting with children, families, and staff Basic computer skills (email, data entry, calendar management) Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour The Learn...Concierge, Hotel, Education
