Cellular Mediated Immunity Analyst
Summary:
The Cellular Mediated Immunity (CMI) Analyst is a specialized role within Viral Vaccines responsible for performing laboratory assays to evaluate T and B cell responses to vaccine candidates. Key responsibilities include animal tissue processing, conducting cell culture experiments in a BSL-2 environment, preparation of samples for flow cytometry, staining, acquisition in spectral flow cytometers, data analysis with specialized software such as FlowJo, OMIQ and GraphPad Prism and presentation of data in internal group meetings.
