• Teaching music lessons.
• Planning and implementing lesson plans.
• Recruiting and maintaining students.
• Preparing students for recitals.
• Providing email and video support.
• Inspiring and motivating students.
• Building relationships and mentoring students.
• Continuously improving teaching abilities.
• Promoting services and products at Bertrand's Music.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in music education or minor in music preferred; experience on the instrument considered.
• Organized, prompt, and responsible.
• Must undergo fingerprinting and background check.
