Cell Operator - Kirchhoff Automotive : Job Details

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Cell Operator to join our manufacturing team in Waverly, OH. This role involves operating assembly equipment, performing manual and automated processes, and ensuring the production of high-quality parts that meet our stringent standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Set up and operate various assembly equipment, including welders, presses, and assembly fixtures.
• Process Adherence: Follow Standard Operation Sheets (SOS), Job Element Sheets (JES), and packing instructions to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manual and Automated Assembly: Perform manual assembly, welding, tapping, and other required tasks.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect parts to ensure they meet required specifications and production rates.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork such as start-up checklists, inspection sheets, scrap records, and downtime tracking logs.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform light maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to the principles of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Flexibility: Work overtime, including weekends, and travel overnight when required.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive team environment, interacting effectively with colleagues at all levels.
