CEE 1609/2609 - Adjunct Faculty - University of Pittsburgh : Job Details

The University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is seeking a lecturer to teach - CEE 1609/2609 , Life Cycle Assessment, for the Fall 2025 Term. This class will introduce students to life cycle thinking and provide engineers with tools to assess the sustainability and environmental impact of a product, process, or activity. Life cycle assessment (LCA) principles, methods, tools, and challenges will be explored throughout the course. Topics include material and energy flow analysis, environmental indicators and metrics for sustainability, case studies of LCA applications, and impact assessment. Educational Requirements: BS/ MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering or a similar discipline.
