CDN Operations Specialist - PPG : Job Details

Build and manage a reporting strategy that serves both internal PPG partners and external CDN customers. Develop tools and dashboards that monitor performance and identify trends to empower sales teams and leadership with applicable insights. Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence Data Management & Analytics team to agree on best practices, tools, and reporting methodologies. Deliver proactive recommendations on which CDN locations to prioritize for sales visits and engagement. Analyze trends and identify growth opportunities. Respond to customer requests ensuring seamless support. Collaborate with the Collision Services Product Owner to test new features, manage rollouts, and troubleshoot bugs. Provide feedback and enhancement suggestions based on user experience and operational needs. Qualifications.
