Location: South Bend, IN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–7:30 AM start | 42–45 hours/week Pay: $24/hour – limited flatbed or industry experience $25–$26/hour – with industry knowledge and flatbed experience Looking for a long-term driving career — not just your next job? Please Note Before Applying: This position involves freight handling and unloading at each stop We are not considering applicants with only bus driving or no-touch freight experience This is not a “just driving” job – warehouse support and teamwork are key What You'll Do: Operate a flatbed, straight truck, or box truck (all automatic transmission) Use a Moffett forklift to unload building materials at job sites (training provided) Occasionally assist with warehouse tasks: staging materials, organizing loads Lift up to 90–100 lbs throughout the day – materials include doors, windows, and roofing supplies What You'll Get: $24–$26/hr based on experience and flatbed knowledge Overtime paid after 40 hours Home daily – no overnight travel Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends Full training provided on Moffett and Boom Crane (future advancement) Stable, full-time role with long-term career potential What We're Looking For: Valid Class B CDL (minimum 1 year of driving experience) Experience with flatbed and freight handling preferred Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely and regularly Forklift experience is a plus Team-oriented mindset – willing to assist in warehouse when needed If you're looking to grow your career in a stable, supportive environment and want to be part of a hard-working team — apply now .
