• $1,000 paid after orientation
• $1,000 paid after 3 months of employment
• Both payments are grossed up to help cover tax liability

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS:

• OTR Class-A CDL Driver Average: $1,680 weekly gross
• Annual Average: $87,500
• Top Drivers: $116,000 /year
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,600
• Top Drivers: 2,850- 3,000 miles per week
• Weekly Pay Schedule: Sunday- Saturday pay week

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME:

• Out Sunday - Back Friday
• Home every weekend (majority of fleet)
