NRS is seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A regional dry van seasonal driver in Nichols, NY. This position involves longer-distance driving that may require multiple days on the road, typically within a specific region. The freight is NO TOUCH, and some store deliveries involve drop and hook operations.Compensation:

• Average weekly pay: $1,500 to $1,600

• Freight includes a mix of pallet deliveries and drop-and-hook operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military experience)
• Availability to work for the full duration of the seasonal assignment
• Clean driving record (MVR, PSP, prior employment)
• DOT-compliant: drug screening, medical qualifications, and current physical certification
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and safety procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
• Physical stamina for extended periods of driving, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
