Nussbaum Transportation is Hiring Flatbed Company Drivers Job Details:Irregular routes; majority of freight is in the MidwestHiring area includes portions of Illinois and Indiana; call for details. Earning Potential & Pay Features:Earn $95K+ your first year! (mileage, activity pay, sign-on bonus, etc.)First-year flatbed drivers earn $1,700 - $1,980 per weekEarn $100K+ in year two and beyond!$6,000 Sign-on Bonus!$2,000 after your first load$2,000 after 6 months$2,000 after 12 months$1,700 weekly guarantee. If your miles are short (delays, breakdowns, etc.) you'll still earn the guaranteed amount.Increase your earning potential with tenure, Driver Scorecard, and Certified RED programs!Door to door practical miles - empty & loadedPaid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters - $200/day Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:$30 for pickups and deliveries$30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)$70 for initial tarping; $35 for each re-tarping$20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr)Breakdown & layover pay Oversize Pay is ~$3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver).
