CDI Data Analyst - Stony Brook University : Job Details

At Stony Brook Medicine, our CDI Data Analysts are valuable members of our team. Reporting to the Supervising Data Analyst for Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), ultimately reporting up to the Director of CDI, the Clinical Documentation Data Analyst will provide support to the Clinical Documentation and Coding divisions. The Entry-Level Clinical Documentation Data Analyst will be responsible for data entries to pertinent dashboards, collecting & analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting results of their findings to management. Duties of a CDI Data Analyst may include the following but are not limited to: Collect data from a variety of sources to update reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Manage ongoing MS Excel & Access databases and Tableau dashboards. Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends and insights. Maintain data integrity and accuracy within databases they access.
