CCTV Operator - Live Nation Entertainment : Job Details

Act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls during concerts. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information. Job Functions:Work in conjunction with the venue management to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Work directly with venue management regarding issues that require the attention of medical, security, or police. Log all two-way radio communication regarding security, medical, and police. Monitor venue CCTV during all phases of event to ensure safety of all parties on site. Maintain a log of all incidents that occur during each event.
