CCL Apprentice I - Wanzek Construction : Job Details

Learn on-the-job under the supervision of a journeyman. Apprentices will begin by learning the core construction skills that provide a foundation of safety and productivity across all industry sectors. These include but are not limited to: Construction Site Safety Orientation; Introduction to Construction Math, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Construction Drawings, Basic Rigging and Material Handling; Basic Communication and Employability Skills; Confined Space Awareness; Fall Protection; and First Aid/ CPR/ AED. Successful completion of core skills means a move to increased industry knowledge in one or more areas of concentration: Industrial, Wind and Solar Construction. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Exhibit an enthusiasm to learn. Display an eagerness to build their knowledge and are willing to put in the effort to develop their skills.
