A minimum of two years of experience on a Med-Surg, Progressive Care, and/or Stepdown unit in a hospital setting is required. Interviews will include a voice advantage interview followed by a screening/interview with the nurse manager. Weekly start dates are available, with 4-6 weeks on average needed to complete compliance. The total number of hours per week is 34.5. There is no call requirement. Every other weekend is required. Floating to areas within acuity is required. Scrubs must be navy bottoms with a white top or all white. Dark shoes must be worn with navy bottoms, and white shoes must be worn with the all-white option. Offers are valid for 48 business hours. If an offer is not confirmed within 48 hours, it will be rescinded and offered to another qualified clinician.
