Work from Government instructions and Maintenance Instruction Manuals and Company directives to perform maintenance repair and installation of aircraft life support systems and aircrew personal survival equipment. Transport, install and remove Cartridge Actuated Devices and Propulsion Actuated Devices. Pack, unpack, preserve and maintain parachutes and seat survival kits. Repair, fit, maintain and preserve pilots personal equipment Perform corrosion control and prevention as required. Issues and receives aircrew survival equipment. Initiate and update checkout/return records. Assemble, place in service, and perform calendar inspections on oxygen mask assemblies, survival vest, helmets, and other related safety/survival equipment. Perform aircraft conditional and special inspections of installed safety/survival equipment. Maintain OOMA for parachute and personal equipment for accountability and inspection due dates.
