Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
• Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment, and tools; identify and discuss safety concerns.
• Execute project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently.
• Complete the project per scope of work, design, and specifications as directed by foreman.
• Assist foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory.
• Maintain high-quality onsite customer relations and project a positive image.
• Comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, such as OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.
• Notify management of potential or actual job problems promptly.
• Care for and properly use company equipment, materials, and tools.
• Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the WTI Foreman or Business Manager.
• Maintain ethical business conduct.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Masonry & Tuckpointing, Concrete Restoration, Caulking, Waterproofing, Parking Garage Restoration, Cold Applied Waterproofing.
• Reliable transportation.
• Acceptable background check according to company standards.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.

The hourly rate generally ranges between $21 and $38, depending on qualifications and other considerations.
