Catering Sales Manager (Remote) - ARAMARK : Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to lead and grow our catering business. This role is responsible for generating new catering sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at creating memorable guest experiences.

Remote Position

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $61,800 - $63,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new catering sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations.
• Prepare and present customized proposals to clients based on their event needs and budget.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients from initial inquiry through event completion.
• Conduct site visits, tastings, and planning meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Event Coordination & Execution

• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Oversee event logistics including staffing, setup, and breakdown.
• Monitor event performance and client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Reporting & Strategy

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive catering revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
