Catering Host $17.50/Hour - Six Flags : Job Details

STARTING AT $17.50/ HOUR! Job Duties: Positively interact with all guests and provide exceptional guest service Prepare large quantities of food for multiple picnics at a time Use of individual size smoker, ovens, stoves, walk-in freezer/refrigerator, fryers and grills to prepare food Set up for events by preparing the buffet line, drink stations, dessert stations and may be needed to set up table cloths and/or grove decorations for events Ensure the buffet line is stocked during events including back-up stock for ease of transfer Ensure the guests are being provided with food and beverage items of the highest quality Follow proper food preparation and handling procedures in compliance with all Health Department and Food Service Department policies regarding sanitation per department training Continually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned area/unit Must follow Six Flags policies and procedures at all times Other duties as assigned by Unit or Fulltime Management Minimum Require...Catering, Host, Restaurant, Food
