Ultimately responsible for assisting the Vice President/ General Manager in the daily conduct of The Casino at Nemacolin's gaming business Responsible for continually monitoring, adjusting and improving clean, safe, friendly and fun standards Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/ Title 31 training Responsible for the overall performance of the property Supervises the Marketing Manager, Director of Player Development, F&B Manager, Outlet Executive Chef, and the Security and Facilities Manager Complete discretion of all assigned departments with a direct reporting line to this position Review staffing levels to maintain optimum employment while being fiscally responsible and providing strong guest service Reviews property status with the Nemacolin personnel as needed Establish property financial goals with property executive team and senior executive team Reviews property and departmental financial data Working knowledge of Oasis application including but not limited t...Casino, Assistant, Marketing Manager, Technology, Hotel, Property
