Join our team as a Festival Foods Cashier! We are seeking Cashiers to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers. As a key part of our retail and grocery store team experience, you'll ensure every shopper leaves ready to boomerang back again. Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. As a Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring each guest has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with guests, processing sales and efficiently handling monetary transactions, bagging items thoughtfully, staying informed of all promotions and advertisements, maintaining order, relaying guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met, performing other duties as needed to support the team, and regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule.

To excel in the Cashier role at Festival Foods, you should have customer service skills, retail experience, strong communication abilities, accuracy, and the ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job. The physical demands and work environment include standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling regularly, fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and the ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Cashier position is flexible, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on your availability.
