Roles and Responsibilities: Greets and assists guest at the food & beverage outlet. Received payment from the guest for food and beverage purchases in an accurate, prompt, courteous manner. Adheres to established cash handling and internal control policies and procedures. Responds promptly to guests questions and directs concerns to the appropriate manager. Performance as a Team Member with kitchen staff and leadership. Maintains a clean workspace. Protects company assets against theft, breakage, and waste. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six months to One year of previous cashier experience preferred. Literacy and fluency in Vietnamese or Chinese Language a plus. Good communication skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and employees. Must be at least 21 years of age.
