Properly adjust wrapper to accommodate the schedule demands to include machine setups involving the former, positioning label machines, setting pause time on crimper (jaws), set film length, setting appropriate temperatures corresponding to film demands, adjusting feed chain as needed for product variation and adjusting fed rails to accommodate all product variations as determined by the schedule. Apply labels to packages in a uniform manner according to product specifications. Test the smell of the film. Reject substandard film stock and notify your Team Leader and the Material Handler. Relieve team members as needed. Coordinate and execute changeovers in an efficient and accurate manner as dictated by the schedule. Understand and comply with the allergen policy as set up by the Quality Assurance Department. Assist with the training of team members.
