Case Manager - ABA Services Brooklyn, NY $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at our ABA therapy center in Brooklyn, NY. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing the treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. This position involves working closely with behavior analysts, families, and clients to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services are delivered. Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Monitor Treatment Plans: Work with BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement and monitor treatment plans for clients based on ABA principles.
  • Family Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing updates, support, and education on treatment progress.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and other professionals.
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and treatment goals. Adjust plans as needed.
  • Data Tracking & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client progress, behavior data, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and supervision to RBTs and other support staff on treatment implementation and behavioral strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Assist with the implementation of crisis intervention strategies when needed, ensuring the safety of clients and staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all services comply with ABA standards, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).
  • Experience: Prior experience in ABA therapy, case management, or working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with data collection and analysis
  • Compassionate, patient, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and therapy techniques
  • Certifications:
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required.
  • RBT certification is a plus (if not already certified, must be willing to pursue).
