Medical Case Manager (LVN) – Concurrent ReviewLocation: Full time In-Office in Orange, CAHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $40-50/hr based on experienceAbout The RoleAre you passionate about making a difference in patients' lives while using your clinical expertise? As a Medical Case Manager (LVN), you'll play a vital role in ensuring members receive high-quality, medically necessary care. You'll assess services for hospital, medical, and surgical needs based on clinical protocols—bringing compassion, precision, and purpose to every review.What You'll Do

• Assess medical service requests for appropriateness and necessity
• Process referrals, diagnostics, outpatient procedures, and home health services
• Partner with the team to support departmental goals and initiatives
• Prepare documentation for Medical Director review and communicate determinations
• Maintain thorough records in the utilization management system

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year as a nurse reviewer
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of concurrent (inpatient) review experience

Licensure/Certification

• Current, unrestricted LVN license to practice in California
