Bilingual Case Manager

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Bilingual Case Manager at The Embracing Project in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Embracing Project (TEP) is a Rite of Passage program advocating peace and healing for youth survivors of violence, sexual exploitation, and trafficking, through the development of specialized programs, trauma-informed care, and unconditional support. Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour. What You Will Do:

  • Administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs
  • Develop and oversee the completion of the MAP Plan
  • Provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates
  • Facilitate weekly group meetings
  • Conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources towards the youths' overall success

To Be Considered You Should:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish, be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect
  • Have a desire to work with troubled teens
  • Have a BA/BS in a related field
  • Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
  • Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm.*1-hour break each day.
