DescriptionSummary The primary purpose of this position is to administer client services required by the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. - Intake and orientation of all clients.
- Site visits to employers, proposed residencies, and home confinement residencies.
- Provides individual counseling and documents results.
- Liaison with outpatient department on drug/alcohol counseling needs.
- Ensures appropriate substance abuse testing requirements are met.
- Ensures paperwork requirements on cases are met.
- Assists residents with employment search and home plan development.
- Establishes and monitors resident financial responsibility plan.
- Assists Director in ensuring all Statement of Work requirements are met.

At a minimum, one year of experience must be working in human services, corrections, or community based services. Work experience may be substituted for academic studies exchanging one year of work experience in a related field for one year of academic education. Total work experience needed in lieu of the combination of education and work experience is five years. Technical Skills To perform this job successfully, the employee should have strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.
