Case Manager - IHBT YouthDo you have a passion for helping improve the lives of children and families? If so, the Intensive-Home Based Treatment (IHBT) clinical therapist position might be right for you!This position provides IHBT case management services to children and families with behavioral health and family functioning needs. IHBT services are designed to flexibly meet the needs of youth, including appointments in the community and flexible hours. Position works collaboratively with a clinical therapist to provide time-limited, short-term family involvement, while having a long-term impact.Education/Experience/Other Requirements:Requires a minimum bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.Must be willing to meet Ohio MHAS criteria for qualified mental health specialist (QMHS) if not licensed.Requires valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle and access to reliable transportation.Must be able to be insured under the agency's commercial liability policy as a driver.Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, individual, group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills.Must be able participate in a 24/7 on call rotation, with premium call pay includedMust be able to work with children with complex behavioral health needsPreferred experience working with youth and families.
