Our team-driven environment promotes professional growth, work-life balance, and a mission-driven culture that over 80% of our employees love!What You'll Do: Respond to calls from law enforcement to de-escalate crises and prevent further legal involvement Work to prevent out-of-home placements and coordinate safe family reunification when necessary Develop and update service plans with measurable goals and objectives Maintain and update accurate case files, notes, and reports Refer youth and families to appropriate community resources Accompany youth and families to court hearings and provide testimony when needed Engage in trauma-informed decision-making to support at-risk youth Perform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Experience: Background in youth and family services preferred Requirements:•At least 21 years old•Valid Illinois Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance•Ability to pass all agency-required background checks (including CANTS)•Strong verbal and written communication skills•Ability to work independently and in crisis situationsWhy Join Us?
