Job DescriptionRole: Case Manager-1268Estimated Duration: 6+ MonthsLocation: Phoenix, AZPosition Description The Client is seeking a Case Manager for the Arizona Refugee Resettlement Program. This role involves providing comprehensive case management services to the Client eligible individuals and families, including assistance with SNAP, temporary cash aid, childcare, education, and medical services. The Case Manager will oversee direct case management for 30-35 beneficiaries, develop Self-Sufficiency Plans with clients, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and maintain accurate documentation. They will also coordinate resources, provide education training, and facilitate meetings with community partners.
