Job Tittle:Case Management Processor

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Washington State, outside greater-Seattle area)

Offered Rate: $29.24/hr. On W2 (all inclusive)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST

What are the must have requirements? 2+ years of customer services experience, proficient in Microsoft office applications, comfortable being on phones.

What are the day to day responsibilities? Outbound calls, emails, and processing of unable to contact requests.

Job Description:

The Case Management Processor provides essential administrative and non-clinical support to the case management team. This role involves triaging tasks, managing communication, and coordinating services based on member benefit plans. The goal is to support effective case management and improve member outcomes through timely, organized, and confidential service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and triage case management tasks.
  • Support clinical case managers in implementing care plans.
  • Conduct member screenings per company policies.
  • Coordinate services per benefit plan requirements.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams.
  • Run reports and assist with case coordination.
  • Handle outbound calls, emails, and unable to contact requests.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Protect member confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 2+ years in a healthcare support role (e.g., medical assistant, office assistant)

Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling outbound phone calls
