THE SALVATION ARMY NORTH & CENTRAL ILLINOIS DIVISION PATHWAY FORWARD PROGRAM POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Case Aide LOCATION/ DEPT: Pathway Forward Program REPORTS TO: Program Manager - Operations PAY GRADE: 202 PAY RANGE: $17.00-$20.40 DEPARTMENT MISSION The Case Aide assists the Re-Entry Case Managers (RCMs) in meeting their case management requirements by preparing and compiling records, assist in maintaining case files, scanning of documents into electronic case management files, medication review. The Case Aide assists the RRC program by conducting weekly orientation groups, mail sorting/distribution, securing, inventorying, & returning residents property, may be asked to conduct timely self-reported paperwork (i.e. medical screens, filling out spot check forms, etc.) act as a back up to the Discipline Coordinator and assist in the Urinalysis Department as needed.
