Employee-Owned Premier Countertop Company is looking for a Countertop Installer for our field team for a growing company in Syracuse. Full-time, Monday through Thursday, year-round position with occasional overtime and room for growth! This position involves travel with multiple stops a day in a company vehicle. Typically install crews consist of 2 or 3-person teams that install kitchen and bathroom countertops. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.Essential Responsibilities Perform countertop installation according to company specifications and requirements in a timely mannerLoad/unload trucks with countertops, equipment, and other related products for the installationResponsible for safely handling all products and toolsLift products safely using proper techniques, tools provided, and communication with partnerMaintain trucks in a neat and organized mannerProvide a professional and pleasant customer experienceCommunicate with office staff if any issues or delays occurRequirements/PreferencesHigh School Graduate or EquivalentMust have a valid NYS Driver 's License that is maintainedAcceptable background checkAbility to lift and carry 100lbs on a frequent basisDrug-Free work policy must pass a pre-employment drug testInstallation, manufacturing, or manual labor experienceKitchen and bath industry experience is a plusExperience operating power toolsOSHA 10 Card is a plusCarpenter/Construction experience is a plus.Experience driving box trucks is a plus.OSHA 10 CardWhy Join Our Team? $1,000 HIRING BONUS!
