Carpenter Helpers/Laborers - Matrix Service Company : Job Details

TYPICAL DUTIES:* To work well with supervision.* Furnish tools and materials for others in their crew.* Work with various hand tools.* Fire-watch, Bottle-watch or Hole-watch duties.* Operate limited types of equipment.* Thorough knowledge of roles and responsibilities of the craft being supported.* Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards.* Perform all other job related duties as requested by supervision.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Must have over three (3) years of maintenance/turnaround/construction/ or mechanical experience and knowledge of basic hand tools. Must be able to pass Craft Helper proficiency testing at or above 70%. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen and if hired, will be subject to random drug & alcohol testing during the course of employment.
