Carousel Tester - 2nd Shift - Eaton Corporation, plc : Job Details

Hook up and test all units on the carousel to ensure customer expections and quality tests are met. Job Responsibilities - Connect and perform copper loss tests on units. - Efficiently load units onto the carousel to ensure smooth operations and promptly unload tested units and reload new ones. - Precisely initiate test cycles and conduct various tests, including Hi-pot, Low-pot, impulse, impedance, and core loss assessments. - Evaluate unit performance across multiple parameters with proficiency. - Maintain a seamless workflow to minimize downtime. - Oversee and enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols to guarantee the safe deactivation and isolation of equipment, ensuring energy control procedures are correctly applied to prevent inadvertent machine startup or hazardous energy discharge during repair or maintenance, in line with OSHA regulations and organizational safety guidelines. - Actively participates in problem-solving processes, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuo...Tester, 2nd Shift, Operations, Manufacturing
