Caring Home Health Aide Needed - Home Instead Senior Care : Job Details

Become a valued Home Instead Care Professional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in your community. We are seeking full or part-time Care Professionals dedicated to keeping aging adults safe, comfortable, joyful, and at home.

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of essential non-medical services that help seniors maintain their independence and dignity. You can work as few as 4 hours a day, several days a week, or enjoy a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours each week.

Your role will include:

• Offering companionship through conversation and engagement
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry
• Preparing meals, grocery shopping, and running errands
• Helping with medication reminders
• Providing support for personal care activities like bathing, grooming, and safely transferring in and out of bed

No prior healthcare experience is necessary! Home Instead is committed to equipping each Care Professional with the training and support needed to confidently meet the unique needs of their clients. Comprehensive training options are available, including classroom, online, and in-home instruction.

To qualify as a Care Professional, you should:

• Treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Communicate effectively in a friendly and personable manner
• Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness
• Pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Be at least 18 years old

We currently have flexible daytime, evening, and overnight assignments available in Fremont, Fostoria, and Bowling Green.
