Join Home Instead as a Care Professional, where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and in your community. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for full-time or part-time positions to help aging adults remain safe, comfortable, and happy in their own homes.

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you'll provide essential non-medical services that allow seniors to age with dignity and security. We offer flexible scheduling, with options to work as little as 4 hours a day or up to a full 40-hour week.

Your role will include:

• Providing companionship through listening and engaging conversation
• Performing light housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and laundry
• Organizing and preparing nutritious meals, grocery shopping, and running errands
• Assisting clients with medication reminders
• Offering support with personal care tasks such as bathing, changing clothes, and safe mobility

No prior healthcare experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and support tailored to each Care Professional's needs. Training options include classroom sessions, online resources, and hands-on instruction in the client's home, ensuring you feel confident in providing care.

To become a successful Care Professional, you should possess:

• A commitment to treating seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect
• Friendly and effective communication skills
• Reliability and trustworthiness
• The ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• A valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
• A minimum age of 18 years

We have assignments available during the day, evening, and overnight in Fremont, Fostoria, and Bowling Green.
