How Youll Help Transform Healthcare: Oversees the delivery of patient care through subordinate staff and managers. Establishes operational goals, objectives and budgets for multiple complex departments. Responsibilities include establishment and implementation of optimal operating policies and procedures required to deliver quality patient care and appropriately manager resources. Communicates, organizes, prioritizes, leads, facilitates, coaches and problem solves with reporting staff to ensure that goals, objectives, and budgets are met. Works cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to plan for new health care services and performance improvement initiatives.
