• Provides routine and complex care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitors for side-effects and effectiveness, and documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identifies issues and resources.
• Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care and improve health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in areas such as critical care, emergency medicine, and patient safety.
