What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on personal care and companionship in the client's home
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals
• Support behavior redirection and sensory needs in a respectful, calm manner
• Engage clients in meaningful, age-appropriate activities
• Follow custom care plans tailored to each client's abilities and goals
• Maintain accurate documentation following HIPAA standards

What We're Looking For:

• At least (1) one year of caregiving experience (Required)
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (Required)
• Comfortable assisting with mobility and personal care tasks
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and health clearance
