Our flexible scheduling and immediate availability make this a perfect job for those wanting to work full-time, part-time, or PRN. Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, and eager to learn. No certifications or prior experience is required; however, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and those with in-home caregiver experience are encouraged to apply. • Companionship and Conversation
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
• Transfer assistance
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Monitoring Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Ability to treat and care for clients and property with respect and dignity
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to employment
• Possess a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
