The Brand Marketing Manager- B2B will connect our Kingston technology into real business value and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy in the B2B space. This individual will be the strategic driver behind positioning Kingston's enterprise memory, SSD, and storage solutions for targeted verticals and partners. They will lead GTM planning, create demand-driving campaigns, and collaborate across internal Kingston business units, technical and creative teams to accelerate product adoption and awareness. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market principles. Salary $102k-$120k

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Owns and executes go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates, with a focus on SMB, enterprise, and vertical segments.
  • Works with Business Management teams on product positioning, audience segmentation, key messaging, and value propositions.
  • Partners with engineering and technical marketing to translate complex product features into marketing assets and programs tailored to B2B buyer journeys (IT decision-makers, CIOs, system builders, etc.).
  • Conducts market and customer research to identify opportunities, refine messaging, and support market segmentation strategies.
  • Manages relationships with external agencies and partners to expand marketing reach and impact.
  • Leads integrated campaign efforts across digital ads, email, content marketing, events, and social media.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance and product engagement metrics; optimize plans based on data insights.
  • Works with regional marketing teams to create sales tools and partner-facing content to support pre- and post-sales conversations.
  • Monitors KPIs for marketing performance, including lead generation, campaign engagement, and ROI.
  • Drives consistency in brand voice and value proposition across all touchpoints.
  • Meets with regions to share updates from Corporate Marketing relating to product updates, marketing activities, projects, campaigns, content, & other department activities.
  • Performs other related work as required.

Special Requirements

  • Up to 15% travel for trade shows, press events, and regional travel.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.

GUIDELINES (ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices,including product marketing,content marketing,and public relations.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying behavior and marketing to IT stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling customer value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams collaboratively to achieve established corporate goals for target products and customers.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, computer tech industry and competitors is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within enterprise technology, storage, hardware, or components.
  • Experience with product launches, campaign development, and partner/channel marketing.
