Career Material Handler - Trinity Industries : Job Details

Expedites the movement of parts and material between warehouse and production areas by lifting or otherwise moving raw materials and/or parts - Prepares and coordinates schedules for pulling and delivering materials to control the flow of goods and regulate production floor space - Safely operates appropriate equipment required to move materials along production floor - Responsibilities may include activities related to shipping of materials or finished goods - Stages and maintains storage of finished goods for scheduling of shipments - Ensures security and accountability of materials - Ensures packaged goods are loaded according to documentation and bills of lading - Complies with all company safety rules, and procedures - Operate all lift trucks to transport materials - Learn and maintain knowledge of parts and materials required in the production process - Pull and delivers (unloads and loads) materials as requested - Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures - Perfor...Material Handler, Materials, Manufacturing, Production
