This position will play a vital role in guiding students toward achieving their career aspirations through personalized support and group consultations. You will provide early outreach to students from low-income backgrounds and those with disabilities, as well as their families, highlighting the significance of postsecondary education while assisting with the preparation, application, and financial aspects of higher education.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree, along with 2-3 years of related experience. A Facilitating Career Development Certification is also preferred. We are seeking someone who actively listens, communicates effectively, and embodies empathy, energy, and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical standards in education.
