DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Career Based Intervention (CBI) Coordinator to oversee CBI facilitators across multiple school districts. As the CBI Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing career-based intervention programs to support students in their transition from school to the workforce or further education. Your primary goal will be to provide guidance, support, and resources to CBI facilitators, ensuring the successful delivery of the program. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and facilitate career-based intervention programs across assigned school districts. - Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and local businesses to develop partnerships that enhance CBI opportunities for students. - Provide guidance and training to CBI facilitators on program implementation, instructional strategies, and assessment tools. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CBI activities, ensuring alignment with district goals and objectives. - Assist in the recruitment and selection of CBI facilitators, ensuring they possess the necessary qualifications and skills. - Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and businesses to create work-based learning experiences for students. - Stay informed about current trends and best practices in career development and workforce readiness. - Compile and analyze data related to CBI outcomes, reporting results to district administrators. - Collaborate with other district personnel to integrate CBI into the overall curriculum and student support services. - Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in CBI implementation. - Bachelor's degree requirements
- Proven experience working with scholars and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trusting relationships.
- Knowledge of community resources and services available to support scholars.
- Familiarity with attendance tracking systems and procedures.
