The Care Services Director @ Byron Park manages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday-Friday. Pay range: $115,000-$120,0003/yr What will I do every day? Complete accurate and regular resident assessments. Determine the appropriate level of care. Maintain all resident information, files, and reports. Supervise and administer all resident medications. Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements. Coordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providers. Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses.
