Job Description
We refer to our caregivers as Care Professionals (Care Pros) because they play an essential role in enhancing the lives of older adults. Our Care Pros build genuine, caring relationships and offer compassionate care that ensures our clients stay healthy, safe, and happy in their own homes.

What you'll do as a caregiver
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
- Three professional references are required.
- Willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) for consistent care and relationship building.
- Basic proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Complete all necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements.
Job Type & Schedule
- Openings for full-time and part-time positions.
- Availability needed Monday through Friday.
- Weekends may be required.
