Oaks Senior Living is currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The first $500 will be paid upon completion of 120 days, and the second $500 upon completion of 240 days of employment.

Position Summary: The Care Partner will provide personalized care and services to residents, uphold the mission of Oaks Senior Living, and promote the well-being of the residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living in a professional, kind, and caring manner.

Qualifications: Experience in caregiving for older adults preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Desire to work with older adults. Friendly, caring disposition. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a satisfactory criminal history check, have a physical exam by a licensed physician, and a negative drug screen.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond immediately to resident calls.
• Assist with activities, encourage participation, and support residents in attending meals.
• Escort residents to and from the dining room, assist with serving and eating, and observe/report changes in appetite or physical abilities.
• Assist with cleaning the dining area and residents' rooms/apartments.
• Help residents with showers, toileting, dressing, and grooming tasks.
